G-Star Raw has asked Dutch director and visual artist Shueti to direct the new SS14 campaign film. The film is a tribute to G-Star’s design ethos and life philosopy, in that it’s a call to think and re-think every move, always moving forward. Shueti graduated from the Gerrit Rietveld Academy Amsterdam and developed a passion for extreme sports, street art, photography and design. In 2011, he directed a choreographed and very stylistic music video for renowned electronic music producer Amon Tobin, which earned him substantial attention.Shueti seeks for depth in aesthetics and to experiment with ‘new visuals’.
