XO Live, the festival formerly known as Extrema Outdoor, has recently released a major part of their line-up for 13th July in Eindhoven and we will highlight a selection of the artists. XO Live is aimed more at live music and experiences than Extrema Outdoor and believes this to be the future of electronic music festivals. Last year, these following artists kicked off the new concept: David Guetta, LMFAO, Nero, The Bloody Beetroots, Paul Kalkbrenner, 2ManyDJ’s, Goldfish, and Skunk Anansie singer Skin.

One of the acts we highlight is Justice, the French electro house duo known for its energetic live shows. They quickly rose to the top of the charts with their single ‘D.A.N.C.E.’ of the 2007 critically acclaimed album ‘Cross’. The Ed Banger protégés were embraced by a large audience and four years later they released their second album ‘Audio, Video, Disco’, which Xavier de Rosnay of Justice called a daytime album and less aggressive than their debut LP. Between those two albums, they made a live album ‘A Cross The Universe’, which was recorded during a concert in San Francisco, California at the Concourse Exhibition Center, on 27th March 2008. The CD also came with a DVD of the film with the same name and directed by Romain Gavras, So Me and Justice themselves. Last month they released their second live album, called ‘Access All Arenas’, recorded at the Arena of Nîmes on 19th July 2012. The album can be heard on music streaming website Deezer.

Justice will perform during XO Live on 13th July in Eindhoven, next to Major Lazer, Knife Party, Diplo, Alain Clark, Bakermat, Dada Life, Digitalism, and many others. The complete line-up can be viewed here.
