Everyday new fashion editorial/advertorial video campaigns salute the Internet. While the possibilities are taken each time to a new level, there is already a slow movement of brands taking a bit of a more satirical direction with it. Look at the earlier Lanvin campaign for example and now womenswear brand Viva Vena! collaborated with director Matthew Frost in the creation of Fashion Film – a parody on the fashion film. Good to see that brands are lightening up a bit, even though the Lanvin video is a way more ballsy act since it is such highly renowned brand with inpeccable design qualities.
