Controversial artist Ai WeiWei, who’s much criticized by the Chinese government for his work, creates as continuation of his 2008 installment ‘Very Yao’ at Gallery Continua. ‘Stacked’ features 760 bicycles stacked on top of each other – it draws on China’s favorite mode of transportation. The bicycles are mass-produced by Forever, China’s most common bicycle brand. “Stacked” will be exhibited at Galleria Continua’s San Gimignano Gallery space until February 16.
