New York based artist Holton Rower known for his psychedelic color paintings recently did a live performance at Miami Art Basel, as part of Fresh Basel an exhibition curated by The Hole and Kathy Crayson. Reminiscent of Yves Klein Anthropometry performance in the 1960s, the artist adapted his renowned color technique in pouring multiple colors over each other on top of a model while letting gravity do the work. The exhibition took place at the historic Villa Vecchia, originally built in the 1920s.
