Slit scan photography is an effect (created either mechanically or digitally) that is conceived by capturing an image one line at a time (instead of a full frame image in regular photography). Therefore the resulting images can look very wobbly. Slit scan photography is anot a new phenomenon; it was used in Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey back over 40 years ago. Very funny effect though!
