In the current I-generation customizing outfits is a natural part of making your style individual. NikeiD launched the new Hyperfuse Air Max complete with a website, where you can design your own pair.

While observing basketball players on the streets of China Nike took a look at what shoes the players were wearing. They noticed that some of them wear running shoes, because they are super light, while others wear hiking shoes, because they are sturdy. Based on ‘Let’s take the best of both world’ Nike developed the Hyperfuse: a new technique, where three layers of material are fused under high pressure into one piece. The result is a super strong seamless lightweight sneaker with funky designs due to the pressed semi-transparent layers.
