The 18th and 19th of September marked the annual meeting of Beauty obsessive’s in London. Traveling from all over the world, competitors and show guests were all cooped up in the Kensington Olympia arena with a flurry of excitement towards the pinnacle of the show.

The Nailympics is the competition to end all nail competitions. With 23 competitors overall in three categories -Novice, Apprentice and Expert- they battled it out in terms of originality and craftsmanship. The results were astounding: quivering nails the length of pens, while the competitors tried their hardest to hold the nail art in place. Dressed in their theme from head to toe, you could tell that the 6 months of preparation that one woman had spent was well worth it.
