After Prada Men’s A/W11 synthetic sheen accent in various colors, London Fashion Week S/S12 seems to have polished up on their look. While Lou Dalton and JW Anderson added a sparkle to their menswear collections, it was women’s wear that went synthetically shimmering.

Acne with it’s unrivaled simplicity created wearable garments -supplying the masses with clothes that are simply striking- using material that shines for mid calf floating skirts and culottes. The rest of the collection was about color and odd dimensions of a woman’s body, which looked surprisingly feminine and contrasted with the interior of the post office sorting room that hosted the show.
