Ambers Arena celebrates united creativity by inviting amateur artists, individuals and groups, to work with fashion designer Bas Kosters and his team on a window display for the Dutch department store Bijenkorf in Arnhem. This will take place on June 19 in the Event Space of the Arnhem Fashion Biennale. During the day Bas Kosters lets the creative process of all participants inspire him. When the amateurs are done with their work Bas Kosters and his team come in to finish the work, making it a collective art piece. Expect everything ranging from cartoonists, knit clubs, wood workers and flower arrangers. Keywords such as fashion, styling, architecture and humor are spread over the course and come together in one piece existing of little pieces of individual expertises.

Ambers Arena is initiated in addition to Ik Maak (Me)zelf (I Make Myself), one of the three participating cafes, that’s presented by Coolpolitics and the fund for culture participation.
