In March 2010 AN other SHop (ANSH46) opened its doors in the city of Rotterdam. ANSH46 sells innovative, exclusive and high quality brands such as Alexander Wang, Minimarket, Vilsbol de Arce and Dagmar amongst others. Though all of these brands are exclusive, the prices are quite affordable; you can buy incredible items for no more than 50 euros. The founder of ANSH46, Wouter Leenders, wants to differentiate his store by presenting items that are individualistic yet timeless and contribute to the identity of its owner. Leenders likes to pick out brands that no one else chooses. A crucial criterion for the clothes in ANSH46 is authenticity and quality. The purpose of the clothes is to be more than just cute or nice, they’re supposed to be masterpieces in your closet.

ANSH46 is not just a shop around the corner; it’s a concept that’s made psychical in every possible way. The outside of the shop has an industrial look that immediately triggers you to get in and check the space out. Inside the shop you’ll be amazed by the interior design, with its old iron racks and lamps and wooden picnic tables which are fashionably damaged and coated. The overall color is grey, set in different kinds of shades. The atmosphere is artistic, young and fresh. Aart Van Asseldonk and Pim Wetzels are the designers responsible for the interior of ANSH46.
