Trash Landing, by Nate Lowman, is showcased at Maccarone in conjunction with Gavin Brown’s Enterprise in New York. Nate Lowman is a versatile artist, who is known for the art piece Wet Pain that he made with Dan Colen. He has had solo-exhibitions at Maccarone gallery in New york before and in Astrup Fearnley Museum of Modern Art in Oslo.

Trash Landing presents fine arts, collage, sculpture and zine culture (small circulated publications). The objects range from giant air fresheners to newspapers and paintings; it’s a real Trash Landing. Lowman’s art often shows violence, vulgarity and narcissism but with a sense of humour.
