Coming May 9 an exhibition of the influential and avant-garde rock artist and actor David Bowie opens. The exhibition, David Bowie – Artist, is set in New York at the Museum of Arts and Design. The exhibition contains a multimedia platform with screenings of films featuring David Bowie from the seventies until the late nineties and interactive kiosks, that show the different personas David Bowie altered himself into.
One of his most known alter egos was Ziggy Stardust. The film Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars is a great concert documentary that shows the final appearance of his alter ego. Besides that you can expect Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence, Labyrinth, The Hunger and The Men Who Fell To Earth amongst others.
