According to us, SHOWstudio is one of the most prominent online sources when it comes to fashion and film. This time, the website launched an interesting project called In Conversation. The project celebrates Yohji Yamamoto’s extensive career and the exhibition about his life that has just opened its doors at London’s Victoria and Albert Museum. Presented on the website is an exclusive panel discussion with three of Yamamoto’s most prominent partners (photographer Nick Knight, art director Marc Ascoli and graphic designer Peter Saville) as well as a conversation with the master himself. During the interview, Yamamot and SHOWstudio’s fashion director Alexander Fury talk about the designer’s early years as well as his current inspiration.
