Bravoure x Converse

During last week’s Amsterdam International Fashion Week, several young designers got to present their collections with the support of brands that aren’t afraid to give a hand to Holland’s upcoming talents. One of these collaborations was the one of emerging women’s wear brand Bravoure and sneaker brand Converse. Supportive and subtle, this sponsor deal was executed in a classic way.
About this, Converse’s Kirsten den Drijver, states: “Converse has a long history of supporting young artists. We offer them a stage and we put the artists in the spotlight. We were very proud and happy when we heard that our long term friends of Bravoure were selected to present their collection at the AIFW and jumped on board. We have been a big fan of their collection inspired by life, theatre and music. Therefore we had to bring in the shoe with the smile, the Jack Purcell.”
This wasn’t the first time the two proved to be a good match. You might have seen Bravoure customizing shoes at Lowlands Festival’s Converse Compound. Check out a nice behind-the-scenes shoot of the models wearing Converse’s Jack Purcell sneakers below.
