2010 was a fruitful year for designer Roos van der Kamp (1984); after winning television show Project Catwalk, Van Der Kamp started working on a third collection for her brand ROPAROSA. During the Amsterdam International Fashion Week, Van der Kamp presented her Fall/Winter collection called Come Out And Play.

ROPAROSA’s third ready-to-wear collection features several pieces with powerful, geometrical shapes executed in comfortable textiles such as jersey, soft velours and supple leather. The strong silhouettes are emphasized by the garments’ alluring colors such as deep red, bright blue and several nude shades. Van der Kamp’s audacious take on power dressing is a playful one; with big shoulder pieces and slim waists, accentuated by sharp lines that extrude from the body’s core.
