Coming January 7, Dutch alternative music magazine Subbacultcha! will expand its area of expertise. The indepenendent organization will host its first exhibition of art created by young, talented designers. The expo will take place at Subbacultcha!’s Amsterdam-based project space located at the Da Costakade.

During this first expo, the work of photographer Irene O’Callaghan (22) is presented, showing her experimental, abstract images. In addition, Subbacultcha! will launch a book that contains a wide ranging view on O’Callaghan’s work. The book was created especially for this occasion and can be obtained in Subbacultcha’s webstore and several bookstores.
