Another edition of Edits is coming up! You’ve probably noticed the construction work taking place around Amsterdam’s Central Station and the grim, steel fences that have been put up there. The creative team behind Museumnacht came up with a great idea for a design contest called Edits. For this competition designers can choose one of the seven participating museums (Foam_Fotografiemuseum Amsterdam, Eye Film Instituut Nederland, Bijzondere Collecties Uva, Mediamatic, de Appel, Pianola Museum, Verzetsmuseum) and create a design that’s inspired on the museum.

This contest offers talented designers a chance at displaying their work to over 260.000 viewers every day. To enter Edits, you can pick a museum of your choice and upload your proposition to the website along with a selection of other pieces that represent your style. A jury decides which designs will be put up and impress Amsterdam’s pedestrians. You can enter the competition until January 3.
