SEE YOU IN VALHALLA

As 2015 is coming to an end, we start looking back at the year and thinking about most memorable moments. And if you’re a festival-goer like most of us, you’ll think back to those hot summer days filled with dance, beer and good music. BLEND\BUREAUX dipped its toes into the festival scene this summer as well, working together with Warsteiner. But why do all the best parties have to happen in the warmest months of the year alone? Why not have a kick-ass festival in the wintertime?

That’s exactly what the organisers of Valhalla festival thought! Brace yourselves, because “Valhalla – a bizarre ride” is back! The electronic music parade is a wintery extravaganza merging the classical circus and modern nightlife. It’s a place “where an unimaginable reality will surprise you and where the conventional is challenged by the impossible,” as they put it. Taking place on December 19th 2015 in Amsterdam RAI, this year’s festivities come flavored with an oriental theme, called Cirque Oriëntale.

The festival serves good music along with great entertainment – namely the Chinese National Circus will keep the mood high. You can expect to see lion dancing, shadow puppetry, contortion and plate spinning next to numerous other acts. By pushing the boundaries of human anatomy, the circus acts make you question what is humanly possible. Next to the main circus act, a plethora of other entertainers will keep the night going until the morning.

As for the music, the list of performers is long, just the way it should be, because there are seven stages in grand total for the night. Seven! The list of artists includes Seth Troxler, Waze & Odyssey and Maya Jane Coles, just to name a few.

A magnificent feast for your ears and eyes, Valhalla is breaking the unwritten rule of festivals – that festival fun should only be reserved for sunny summers. BLEND\BUREAUX is all for breaking conventions for the sake of a great outcome! So don’t miss out on a chance to finish 2015 with good memories and head to Valhalla!
