Renowned industrial designer Marc Newson designed the Bumper Bed especially for the French Domeau & Pérès. The Bumper Bed is somewhat a response to that good old mattress on the floor. The bed looks a bit like a part-boxing ring, life raft and a Lacie Rugged Mini External Hard Drive.
