Saturday 13th July, Foam Lab will organize Photo Town, the youngest photo market in the Netherlands. The event will take place in a yet undisclosed outdoor location in Amsterdam and will be a unique combination of a block party and market where young photographers will present and sell their work. Foam is on the lookout for more photographers who want to enter the competition. You can be part of this by submitting your best images on www.foam.org/lab.

During this day, 25 upcoming photographers will sell a selection of their work at their own prices, although each of them will sell one print for €25. Photo Town is the ideal place to buy a rare piece of art for a small sum. The market also offers a diverse program filled with live music, culinary surprises and other entertainment.

The first six photographers for the market have been announced. The kickoff for this event takes place in &Foam on Wednesday 12th June. During these portfolio pitches the six talented youngsters will compete for the special Foam Lab price. The photographers will present their work, of which the visitors can choose their own favourites. This enables the voters to win a price as well.
