I remember Chan Marschall aka Cat Power playing mid nineties in Amsterdam’s Melkweg. She was shy, hiding behind a curtain of hair and pretty much screwing up each song she was trying to play – she was cute though. Now almost 20 years later she can be considered one the most anticipated female vocalists of the 21^st century. She just released her second video and song ‘Manhattan’ from her latest album Sun. With bleached blonde hair she strolls around New York City in the video below.
