Photographer and filmmaker Michael Cleary released a short film featuring actress Chloë Sevigny shot in the late 90’s during her first visits from New York to London. Together with stylist Alister Mackie he created ‘Surface’, depicting Chloë in her early stardom. The graphic art work for the re-edit of the16 mm film for Nowness is created by musician and artists Hisham Bharoocha (also known as Soft Circle). Check out more about the project on Nowness.
