Suck It and See

Two months ago we filled you in on the new single Brick By Brick of Arctic Monkeys. Now we have the exact details of their forthcoming fourth studio album called Suck It and See. The album holds 12 songs under which the lead single Don’t Sit Down Cause I’ve Moved Your Chair. The album was produced by James Ford, who also did their previous two albums Your Favourite Worst Nightmare and Humbug. You can pre-order Suck It and See now on their website; it will be released on June 6 2011.

The new album has a vintage style and is more poppy than Humbug, according to the band. Most of the songs are recorded in live takes in the studio, so expect a less produced sound then we heard on Humbug. On their website they show their fine sense of humour by revealing their artwork of Suck It and See.
