Singer-songwriter Estelle, rapper/producer David Banner and rising soulstar Daley recorded a special version of the classic ‘Mercedes-Benz song’ by Janis Joplin (1970). The remake – that goes by the name Benz – was initiated by reknown high end style magazine BLAG (UK), who asked the three musicians to create the song in honor of Mercedes Benz’ 125 year anniversary. Estelle, David Banner and Daley succesfully combined their styles and created an upbeat song, without ignoring this classic’s Mississippi-roots.
