On February 14, 20-year-old techno producer Nicolas Jaar has released a new album called Space Is Only Noise on Circus Company. As a producer of electronic music from the tender age of fourteen, Jaar put out his debut over four years ago at the Brooklyn label Wolf + Lamb. The album called The Student EP included a remix by Seth Troxler, who referred to him as one of the most talented minds dance music is about to see develop. Well, so much might come true, since Jaar’s new album sounds like a modest but uncompromising manifesto of memories, love and ambition.
