In September 2007 directors Chryde and Vincent Moon went to New York to film Beirut play all the tracks from the Flying Club Cup in bars, rooms, parks and more of the city’s nooks and crannies.

What came out was a unique, hour-long movie, in which you see Beirut’s frontman Zach Condon wander alone in Brooklyn and eventually finds, in each place, his band waiting for him, behind a door, on stairs and more of such surprising places. The DVD was sold out in an instant and the film was nowhere to be found for years. Then, an eager Beirut fan, Chris Peterson, came up with a great idea; he asked permission from BadaBing (Beirut’s label) and Blogotheque to upload and share files from the DVD.
