The label got started in 2012, when three women, Damla Zirh, Yagmur Zirh and Burcu Togay, decided to come together and create something out of the ordinary ­– a couture swimwear brand. Educated in three different studies, each of these women brought their individual strengths to the table, complementing one another and creating a harmonious symbiosis that grew into a long-lasting friendship.

The head designer Burcu Togay, born in Istanbul, Turkey, has a strong eye for detail and a love for geometry. Therefore, you can find strong links to both symmetry and asymmetry in the collections. Many of Moeva’s designs feature gold-plated accents, which have become an inherent and recognisable element in the brand’s aesthetic language. All metallic elements are tested before use, so there are no risks for your health involved. Made from premium Italian swimwear fabric, Moeva takes pride in constructing each product with care, paying undivided attention to even the smallest of details.

Moeva has launched its Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign and for the whole month of October, 30% of every purchase will be donated to the foundation. Next to that, Moeva will make a selection of their products available as customisable mastectomy swimwear.
