The screenplay for the Sin City prequel is in the making ever since 2006. Sin City 2: A Dame To Kill For should have been in cinemas around October 2013, but it has been postponed till August.

Frank Miller and Robert Rodriguez released the first Sin City, the film version of the graphic novel by Frank Miller, in 2005. The film about the dark black/white metropole Basin City became a hit success, but fans had to wait for 9 years for a sequel. ‘A Dame To Kill For’ is again based on Frank Miller’s stories and will include some of the characters from the first part.
