Thanks to Print All Over Me, PAOM in short, each and everyone can now prints his own graphic designs on pieces of clothing or interior accessories. The idea was instigated by siblings Meredith and Jesse Finkelstein who are also the founders of the revolutionary platform BYCO which is a micro-financing online “one-stop-shop” for designers, fashion and otherwise, that facilitates the production parts, letting them focus on what they’re good at (that would be design). Their new concept, Print All Over Me forms the missing link between creative minds and manufacturers.

PAOM works as follows: every season the site changes its range of clothes and goods (think sweaters, overalls, pillowcases, etc.), then users of the site are invited to simply upload a pattern, selfie or work of art, pick a piece & fabric and finally use the site’s graphic tools to improve the design. After payment, the piece will be produced at the company’s own facilities, using fair labor. There’s also the possibility for users to share their creation and offer it to potential customers. If the item gets sold, the ‘designer’ gets a share of 20% of the retail price of every item that sells.

If you ever wanted to be a designer, here’s your chance. Head over to PAOM to try it out.
