The Importance of the Obvious
Matthias Borowski an MA graduate of the renowned Design Academy in Eindhoven, Netherlands investigated for his final thesis the process of cooking as a departure to create new ideas on interior design. Though the objects are indeed like ‘candy to the eye’ it is clear that the preparation of it all was much more complex in structure and execution – taking the nougat, the layering of pastry like tompouce or the millions of candy sprinkles of English liquorice as an example.
