KABK graduate Charlotte Greeven created this collection, based on the story of American serial killer Ed Gein who made dresses out of his victim’s skin. The flowers that decorate the pieces are a reference to the funeral bouquet. Her collection was photographed by Leroy Sankes, see more below.
