Life can be so rough at times and people sometimes just end up having a burn out. German artist Wolfgang Stiller created a social commentary work addressing this phenomenon, entitled Matchstick Men. Wolfgang combined several black head molds on sticks of bamboo scraps that were left over from a film production in Beijing. The burned out headed matches will be on display as part of Stiller’s exhibition at the Python Gallery in Zurich. The exhibition ‘Burnout’ will run from March 8th until April 20th.
